Priority Advisory Group + Wise Planners Merger Announcement

We are very excited to announce that we have acquired and merged with fellow AZNGA Group firm Wise Planners!

This exciting venture has come about from a desire to create a large multi-disciplinary professional services firm on Sydney’s north shore, specialising in wealth management, retirement planning, aged care, life risk insurance, and workplace financial advice. We will still be operating under the Priority Advisory Group brand, and remain at our current office at Suite 4.01, Level 4, 9 Help St Chatswood.

Our merger brings the number of financial advisers inhouse to 12 – bringing a breadth and depth of experience that will serve to benefit our ever-growing client base.

Hear what our CEO Zvi Teichtahl has to say:

“This strategic partnership is a key step towards our joint vision to create a thriving professional financial services hub on the north shore of Sydney. We have clients all over Sydney and Australia, but most of our clients and referral partners are based on the north shore, where there is a lot of residential property development, retirement villages and aged care facilities.”

“Aged care advice is one of the fastest growing areas of our business and there is also strong demand for life risk insurance advice, given the large number of professionals and young families buying apartments in the area.  The group’s core Personal and Family Wealth business will also be strengthened with this merger.”

As a result of the merger, Priority Advisory Group will have four key service offerings: Personal and Family Wealth, Aged Care, Life Risk Insurance and Workplace Financial Advice.

We welcome Gareth Hall, founder and Chief Executive of Wise Planners, which includes Lifestyle Financial Services, as our new Head of Workplace Financial Advice. Gareth brings with him extensive industry experience in cultivating Wise Planners’ reputation as one of Australia’s leading providers of workplace financial advice. Now part of Priority, our clients will now have access to this key service.

Here’s what Gareth has to say about the merger:

“This transaction will deliver immediate scale benefits and increase our capability and capacity to serve our clients by expanding the breadth and depth of our advice and service proposition,”

For our fantastic Priority clients, there will be no change to the services we provide you, and the increased capacity and experience within the Priority team means you now have access to an even greater range of financial advice services.

For the Wise Planners and Lifestyle Financial Services clients making the transition over to Priority, we would like to extend you a very warm welcome, and we look forward to working alongside you to help you achieve your financial and lifestyle goals.
