About the role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a full-time Client Services Officer to join our friendly and supportive team based in our North Sydney Office. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Advisory team, ensuring client service delivery is seamless, efficient, and of the highest standard.
This is a dynamic, fast-paced position suited to someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys working collaboratively, and is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be the backbone of the advisory team, supporting both clients and advisers through a range of administrative and service functions, including:
- Managing client service and administration tasks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery across all stages of the advice process
- Acting as a key point of contact for client queries, coordinating communications, and supporting implementation activities
- Maintaining and updating client data across systems such as Xplan and Salesforce, while ensuring compliance with internal processes
- Supporting advisers with meeting preparation, follow-ups, and implementation of advice
- Assisting with general office operations

You will ideally have:
- At least 2 – 3 years’ experience in a client services or administrative role, within financial planning, superannuation
- Familiarity with systems such as Xplan, Salesforce, Microsoft Office including Co-Pilot, Calendly, and Adobe Pro (highly regarded)
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- High attention to detail and a commitment to compliance and accuracy
